APL Technology Group (Chengdu) Co., Ltd

APL's subsidiaries include: APL Instruments Limited (Hong Kong), APL Technology Group (Chengdu) Co., Ltd., Chengdu APL Instruments Co., Ltd., Chengdu Aopule Instruments Co., Ltd., and APL High-Tech Development (Chengdu) Co., Ltd

Introduction to Chengdu Aopule Instrument Co., Ltd.: The company has established a production base and technical center in Longtan Industrial Park, Chengdu, China, and has set up over 30 after-sales service outlets and offices across China, ensuring timely and excellent service for Chinese customers.

The products manufactured by the APL brand cover a wide range, including microwave digestion instruments, microwave extraction instruments, microwave synthesis instruments, microwave high-temperature furnaces (muffle furnaces), ceramic fiber high-temperature furnaces (muffle furnaces), electrothermal graphite digestion instruments, graphite acid-removal devices, graphite electrothermal plates, urine iodine digestion instruments, and other inorganic sample pretreatment instruments; fully automatic tilting oscillators and other environmental sample pretreatment instruments; nitrogen blowers, automatic headspace samplers, and other organic sample pretreatment instruments. It has now developed into a professional laboratory pretreatment equipment manufacturing enterprise with industry influence!

In 1988, the APL research and development team developed the core component of the microwave digestion instrument: a sealed pressurized microwave sample digestion tank equipped with an automatic safety device, which has been widely welcomed by users, especially atomic spectroscopy analysts. After more than two decades of efforts, the APL brand products have become indispensable assistants for analysts.

Memorabilia of the Development of Microwave Digestion

In 1989, Professor Luo from the Analysis and Testing Center of Chengdu Urban Geology and Mineral Resources Institute invented the FR series microwave digestion tank and its supporting microwave digestion instrument

In 1991, the FR series microwave digestion tank and its supporting microwave digestion instrument were launched, marking the earliest commercialization of microwave digestion instruments in China

In 1995, the MD6 series microwave digestion instrument was launched, and it won the recognition of many analytical workers with its good cost-performance ratio

In 2003, "Microwave Sample Preparation," edited by Professor Dan from Sichuan University, was published. This book compiles various microwave digestion methods for samples

In 2004, the practical MD8 series microwave digestion instrument was launched. This instrument combines the advantages of many microwave digestion instruments and can be compatible with digestion tanks from other manufacturers

In 2005, the expert-type MD8H microwave digestion instrument was launched, capable of processing 8 microwave digestion tanks simultaneously

In 2006, the improved MD8H-12H microwave digestion instrument was launched, capable of processing 12 microwave digestion tanks simultaneously

In 2009, the high-throughput TOUCHWIN microwave digestion instrument was launched, featuring a touch screen and capable of accommodating 16 microwave digestion tanks

In 2010, in response to the promulgation of the "Pharmacopoeia", an economical microwave digestion instrument for capsules that meets the requirements of the "Pharmacopoeia" was launched. The 100 ml digestion tank was widely recommended for the pretreatment of capsule samples. This solved the problem of high digestion pressure and easy tank explosion for 0.5 g capsules.

In 2011, the high-throughput Touch-Win2.0 microwave digestion instrument was launched, utilizing an infrared temperature measurement system to determine the temperature of each digestion tank and a full-tank pressure monitoring system to oversee the pressure of all digestion tanks.

In 2012, with the support of the National Innovation Fund, we developed the Touch-Win 4.0 microwave digestion instrument, capable of processing over 40 samples simultaneously at ultra-high throughput, to meet the requirements of batch sample pretreatment.

In 2009, the food and drug system in Sichuan Province won the bid for purchasing six units through synonymous procurement

In 2010, 20 units were awarded in the Anhui provincial system

In 2011, New Hope Dairy Group Co., Ltd. won the bid for 11 units

In 2012, 13 units were awarded in the Heilongjiang interconnected system

In 2014, the food and drug supervision system of Gansu Province won the bid for the unified procurement of 32 units

In 2016, the General Logistics Department of XX won the bid for multiple Opple products

In 2017, the General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine of China awarded contracts to three Opple products

All bidding products in the procurement of special instruments by the General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine of the People's Republic of China in 2018 were successfully awarded
