Recently, in the General Administration of Customs' 2025 Microwave Digestion Instrument Procurement Project, Oplel Technology Group (hereinafter referred to as "Oplel") stood out with its superior product performance and comprehensive score, successfully winning the bid for 28 Touchwin2.0 microwave digestion instruments. Facing the challenges of the customs system's extensive coverage, complex application scenarios, and tight delivery timelines, Oplel swiftly activated its emergency response mechanism, achieving the "Oplel Speed" of completing the entire process from contract signing, production, delivery, to installation and acceptance in just 30 days. This once again demonstrated the strong technical capabilities and service levels of domestically produced high-end pre-treatment instruments in government bulk procurement and key inspection and testing fields.
Rapid response, nationwide delivery completed within 30 days
In this large order totaling 743.02 million yuan and comprising 74 instruments, Ople secured a record 28 orders, becoming one of the top suppliers with the highest number of wins in the project. After the project was implemented, the company swiftly assembled a dedicated delivery team leveraging its extensive service network of over 30 after-sales service centers nationwide. Equipment was then accurately distributed in batches and by region to 28 laboratories across customs technical centers.
By early April, with the final batch of equipment successfully passing the expert panel's inspection, the installation, commissioning, and hands-on training for all 28 Touchwin 2.0 microwave digestion systems had been fully completed. The acceptance reports issued by the user units demonstrated that the equipment met international advanced standards in core indicators such as stability, digestion efficiency, and safety performance, fully meeting the high-intensity and high-precision testing requirements of the customs system for import/export goods, food, and animal/plant quarantine inspections.
Technical Lead, Touchwin2.0 Empowers Smart Inspection
To adapt to the fast-paced and diverse inspection tasks of the customs system, Touchwin 2.0 incorporates multiple technological innovations in its design. In terms of hardware, it utilizes a thickened and reinforced 316L stainless steel microwave resonant cavity, which not only resists corrosion and offers high strength but also supports a range of digestion vessel specifications from 1 to 40 positions, enabling flexible handling of samples with varying quantities.
In terms of intelligence and safety, the equipment continues to feature the all-tank infrared temperature measurement and full-tank pressure monitoring systems that Oplo is proud of. These two core technologies, hailed as "milestones in China's R&D of safety control technology for high-throughput microwave digestion instruments," ensure absolute safety and efficiency during the digestion process under high-pressure and high-temperature conditions. Additionally, the equipment is equipped with audit trail functionality and operator-level permission management, enabling real-time recording of instrument operation logs to guarantee the integrity and traceability of every set of test data.
Deeply rooted in the national frontier, covering over 40 customs technical centers across the country
Currently, the OPL microwave digestion instrument has been deployed in over 40 customs technical centers across 30 provinces nationwide, playing an indispensable role in the pretreatment of heavy metal elements in various samples for the import and export testing of food, industrial products, and consumer goods.
During the acceptance process, the technical engineers from OPL not only completed the "hard installation" but also provided customized "soft services" tailored to the characteristics of customs inspection and quarantine—ranging from the development of sample pretreatment methods to routine maintenance and upkeep, delivering in-depth hands-on training to ensure frontline laboratory personnel could "buy with confidence and use with ease.".
Upholding our mission, we safeguard our national borders with domestically produced instruments
Customs serves as the "gatekeeper" of national import and export supervision, and the accuracy of its inspection data is directly related to national security and trade fairness. The successful delivery by Aopole this time is a proactive response to the mission undertaken by the General Administration of Customs, which is to "use domestic instruments, establish our own standards, and safeguard our own borders.".
The project leader of Optimal stated, "Successfully completing the delivery in such a high-standard central procurement project reflects the General Administration of Customs' high recognition of domestic instruments and the Optimal brand. From the founding team of Optimal developing the first sealed pressurized microwave digestion vessel with an automatic safety device in 1988 to the current stable operation of 30,000 instruments across various laboratories, we have never ceased our pace of innovation. Moving forward, Optimal will continue to rely on our deep R&D technical team, delivering superior products and services to propel the high-quality development of China's laboratory sample preparation and analysis industry, safeguarding food and drug safety, environmental testing, and international trade for both the nation and the global community."
