Description
The standard configuration of the 8-tank high-throughput microwave digestion and extraction synthesizer includes high-precision full-tank pressure sensors and full-tank infrared temperature sensors, ensuring the safe digestion of each sample under the same conditions.

The 8-tank high-throughput microwave digestion and extraction synthesizer utilizes an industrial full-steel microwave oven, distinct from household microwave ovens. It employs top-mounted microwave emission heating technology to ensure uniform digestion of multiple samples simultaneously. The industrial-grade large chamber design can accommodate the simultaneous digestion of 16 samples. The interior chamber is coated with multiple layers of modified polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) coating, which is corrosion-resistant, high-temperature resistant, and acid-resistant.
Technical parameters of 8-can high-throughput microwave digestion and extraction synthesizer:
1. Dual measurement and control technology for tank temperature and pressure; 2. Tank pressure sensor, with a pressure measurement range of 0-15MPa (2250Psi) and a pressure measurement accuracy of ±0.01MPa; 3. Tank infrared temperature sensor, with a temperature measurement range of 0-300℃ and a monitoring accuracy of 1℃; 4. Digestion tank, featuring a vertical explosion-proof design, easy disassembly and assembly, and fast cooling; the digestion tank is protected by a dual pressure relief system consisting of a vent hole and a sealed bowl. The digestion tank comes in three sizes: 70ml, 100mL, and 110ml, with a pressure resistance of 15Mpa and a temperature resistance of 310℃.
5. Standard configuration can handle 1-8 samples simultaneously (can be designed to handle up to 16 samples), with an internal chamber coated with 5 layers of Teflon* for acid corrosion resistance, ensuring at least 5 years of corrosion resistance; 6. Variable frequency circuit, outputting continuous microwaves with a power up to 2000W, and a resonant microwave and power-matching microwave chamber design to ensure microwave uniformity; 7. The furnace chamber ventilation adopts an acid-resistant, high-volume centrifugal fan with an exhaust air volume of 6m3/min; 8. A specially designed self-locking safety sliding door that can withstand accidental explosions.
Main Features
1. Different from household microwave ovens, it adopts an industrial-grade large cavity design with independent intellectual property rights, capable of accommodating 1-8 100ml ultra-high pressure digestion tanks simultaneously; 2. It utilizes Japanese Panasonic magnetrons (with a 5-year warranty) and a professional uniform cavity (microwave resonator); the industrial-grade 2000w magnetron ensures long-term stable operation of the instrument; 3. Dual temperature and pressure measurement and control technology for the entire tank, providing precise control and actively preventing overtemperature and overpressure; 4. A full-tank pressure sensor monitors the actual reaction pressure inside each digestion tank in real time, with a pressure measurement range of 0-15MPa and a precision of 0.01MPa; 5. A full-tank infrared temperature sensor directly measures the actual reaction temperature inside each digestion tank, with a temperature measurement range of 0-300℃ and a precision of 1℃; 6. Multiple materials and different capacities (70ml, 100ml, 110ml) are available for selection. The inner tank of the digestion tank is made of TFM (modified polytetrafluoroethylene), and the sheath is made of fully imported PEEK material through one-time die-casting, resistant to high temperature, high pressure, and strong acid corrosion; easy to disassemble and assemble, with fast cooling; the vent hole and sealing cover provide dual pressure relief protection for the digestion tank; up to 16 ultra-high pressure digestion tanks can be placed simultaneously.
