The standard configuration of the 6-tank high-throughput microwave digestion extraction synthesis instrument includes high-precision full tank pressure sensors and full tank infrared temperature sensors to ensure safe digestion of each sample under the same conditions.

The 8-tank high-throughput microwave digestion extraction synthesis instrument adopts an industrial all steel structure microwave oven that is different from household microwave ovens. Adopting top microwave emission heating technology to ensure the uniformity of simultaneous digestion of multiple samples, the industrial grade large furnace chamber design can accommodate 16 samples for simultaneous digestion. The inner cavity is coated with multiple layers of modified PTFE (PFA) coating, which is corrosion-resistant, high temperature resistant, and acid resistant.

6. Variable frequency circuit, outputting continuous microwave with a power of up to 2000W, resonant microwave and power matched microwave cavity design to ensure microwave uniformity;

7. The furnace chamber ventilation adopts acid resistant and high air volume centrifugal fans with an exhaust volume of 6m3/min;

8. Specially designed self-locking safety sliding door, capable of withstanding accidental explosions.
