Product Introduction: Adopting international advanced technology, it has the advantages of fast digestion, high efficiency, energy saving, and convenience. It has been successfully used for sample pretreatment in industries such as environmental protection, chemical engineering, food, medicine, and biochemistry. It can also be used for microwave digestion pretreatment and acid removal treatment. It is an ideal supporting product for analytical instruments such as atomic absorption, atomic fluorescence, ICP-AES, etc.
Key Features:
1. Using isostatic pressed high-purity graphite for uniform heating and corrosion resistance;
2. Efficient: Adopting advanced integrated surrounding heating method, all parts of the sample are uniformly heated, which maximizes the prevention of heat loss and eliminates temperature differences between different parts of the same sample, resulting in rapid and thorough digestion;
3. Adopting PID temperature control method, the temperature control accuracy is high, up to ± 0.1 ℃, the heating rate can be adjusted, the heating holding time can be controlled, the heating rate is stable, high and low temperature alarms are triggered, and heating is automatically stopped;
4. Superior thermal conductivity: A reasonable heating method paired with a heating element with superior thermal conductivity can ensure temperature uniformity between each digestion well, with a temperature difference between samples of less than ± 1.0 ℃ (room temperature~250 ℃). When digesting multiple samples, it can ensure the same reaction temperature and conditions for batch processing.
