Product Introduction: The intelligent soil organic matter digestion instrument, also known as the soil organic carbon constant temperature heater, adopts international advanced technology and has the advantages of fast digestion, high efficiency, energy saving, and convenience. This product is applicable to the national standard "HJ 615-2011 Determination of Soil Organic Carbon - Potassium Dichromate Oxidation spectrophotometric Method" and is suitable for the determination of organic carbon in soil in various industries.   

Key Features:

1. Using isostatic pressed high-purity graphite for uniform heating and corrosion resistance;

2. Efficient: Adopting advanced integrated surrounding heating method, all parts of the sample are uniformly heated, which maximizes the prevention of heat loss and eliminates temperature differences between different parts of the same sample, resulting in rapid and thorough digestion;

3. Adopting PID temperature control method, the temperature control accuracy is high, up to ± 0.1 ℃, the heating rate can be adjusted, the heating holding time can be controlled, the heating rate is stable, high and low temperature alarms are triggered, and heating is automatically stopped;

4. Superior thermal conductivity: A reasonable heating method paired with a heating element with superior thermal conductivity can ensure temperature uniformity between each digestion well, with a temperature difference between samples of less than ± 1.0 ℃ (room temperature~250 ℃). When digesting multiple samples, it can ensure the same reaction temperature and conditions for batch processing.
