一、 Instrument features and main functions

1. Automatic leak detection and fault alarm function, easy operation, method parameter setting, real-time animation display of working status, fully automatic operation of 1-100 samples;

2. The injection valve, sample transfer tube, water trap, and capture tube desorption zone are all separately heated and temperature controlled; And output a synchronization signal during injection, which can simultaneously start the chromatography and workstation;

3. Automatic trap baking function, capable of independently running the trap baking program, baking the trap and system pipelines, and removing system residues;

4. Automatic pipeline cleaning function, capable of independently running pipeline cleaning programs for targeted cleaning;

5. The automatic trap desorption function allows for independent operation of the trap desorption injection program, facilitating the inspection of whether the trap is contaminated;

6. Internal standard addition system: Quantitative addition through 3 two-way valves on the 3-digit solenoid valve module

7. Equipped with magnetic stirring function, the sample can be automatically stirred with adjustable stirring speed;

8. The sample transfer tube and injection valve have automatic blowback function, which avoids cross contamination of different samples;

9. Liquid samples support U-tube ectopic blowing or in-situ blowing

10. All sample flow paths have undergone insulation treatment and silane inert treatment, greatly reducing analysis residues and maintaining sample integrity during operation.

11. Optional reverse control GC and GCMS, which can automatically start the dedicated startup line interface for various brands of GC and GCMS, and can connect to all models of GC and GCMS at home and abroad;

12. The sample is passed through a water trap to prevent water vapor from entering the capture tube and reduce the impact of water vapor on GC and GCMS;

1. Temperature control range of the water trap: room temperature -240 ℃, with a heating power of approximately 100W set at increments of 1 ℃;
