Description

一、 Characteristics and main functions

1. Easy operation, method parameter setting, real-time animation display of working status, fully automatic operation of 1-75 samples;

2. The injection valve, sample transfer tube, water trap, and capture tube desorption zone are all separately heated and temperature controlled;

3. Set up the analysis program, press the run button to automatically complete sample blowing and injection, and start chromatographic analysis;

4. Through time programming, automatic functions such as blowing, trapping, desorption, injection, and backwashing cleaning can be achieved;

5. Equipped with magnetic stirring function, the sample can be automatically stirred with adjustable stirring speed;

6. The sample transfer tube and injection valve have automatic blowback function, which avoids cross contamination of different samples;

7. It can automatically start the startup line interface of various brands of GC and GCMS, and can connect to all models of GC and GCMS at home and abroad;

8. The sample passes through a water trap to prevent water vapor from entering the capture tube, reducing the impact of water vapor on GC and GCMS;

二、 Main technical parameters

1. Temperature control range of the water trap: room temperature -240 ℃, with an increment of 1 ℃. The heating power is approximately 400W;

2. Temperature control range of valve injection system: room temperature -220 ℃, with increments of 1 ℃. The heating power is approximately 60W;

3. The temperature control range of the sample transfer pipeline is from room temperature to 220 ℃, with an increment of 1 ℃. The heating power is approximately 40W;

4. The capture tube adopts electronic refrigeration, and the temperature control range for adsorption and desorption is -30 ℃ to 400 ℃, with increments of 1 ℃;
